Signs of Spring

March 14, 2013

The other day, Jasper noticed Sage had his eyes open* and exclaimed, “Sage’s eyeballs are out!”  It sounded like a proclamation of spring, i.e.”The cherry blossoms are out!” or “the melty dog poo is out!”.   Since it was -30C here this morning, I have no choice but to take the blossoming of Sage’s eyeballs as a sign that spring is coming to the North. Sometime. Maybe June.

* Sage mostly believes he should still be in utero and so conducts the majority of his business with eyes closed.

Sweet little boy! Are we imagining what we see in these pictures, or does Sage already appear to be inquisitive at his tender real age of 38 weeks gestation?!. It won’t be long before he’s joining in all the learning experiences, adventures and family fun within your home!

    Love you all!
